② Free Meet & Greet (at your home)
We meet you and your pet, walk through their routine, go over access details, and make sure you feel good about everything before booking.

③ Scheduling happens in our app
You can see all scheduled visits, message us directly, and handle payments — all in one place.

④ Real-time visit updates
Every visit includes:

• Time-stamped check-in/check-out

• Photos

• A detailed visit summary (food/water, potty breaks, playtime, meds — whatever applies)

⑤ You come home to a relaxed, happy pet

Yes! Snoots and Paws is licensed, insured, and bonded.
That means your home, your pets, and your peace of mind are protected while we care for your pet.

Yes we have experience with reactive and anxious dogs.

We follow a strict no dog-to-dog contact policy on all walks. We avoid other dogs, choose low-traffic routes, and change direction or cross the street when needed.

Our approach is slow, calm, and pressure-free. Your dog sets the pace, and we focus on building trust and keeping their world predictable and low-stress.

Yes! Every new client starts with a free meet & greet at your home.

We use this time to:

• meet your pet(s)

• learn their routine

• go over access/keys

• answer any questions

It’s simply to make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone before scheduling visits.

At Snoots and Paws, consistency is VERY important to us.
You will never have a long list of rotating sitters in your home.

✨ Two sitters is the absolute maximum you’ll ever have.
Here’s how it works:

• Daytime visits are usually done by Alexis (the owner).
• Evening visits may be handled by one trusted team member.

We keep things small on purpose so your pets feel safe and familiar with the same faces every time.

Alexis personally attends every meet & greet!
This ensures your pets meet their primary sitter right away and you know exactly who will be entering your home.

Yes many of our clients have weekly scheduled walks/visits!
Just tell us what days and times work best, and we’ll set up a recurring schedule so you don’t have to request each visit individually.

Consistency helps your dog stay calm and settled while you’re at work and recurring visits get a discounted rate.
