Animals have always been my people! I grew up surrounded by everything from Chihuahuas and guinea pigs to Great Danes and cats, and I quickly became the go-to pet sitter for friends and family. I originally dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but after realizing the medical side wasn't for me, I followed my passion for communication and earned my degree in Public Relations from Bloomsburg University in 2017.

After balancing pet sitting alongside a traditional 9 to 5, I realized I felt most fulfilled caring for animals and building relationships with the people who love them. So I took the leap and turned my lifelong passion into Snoots and Paws Pet Care!

These days, I have the privilege of leading an incredible team of compassionate pet sitters who share the same values that Snoots and Paws was built on. While you'll still see me caring for pets, I'm also behind the scenes welcoming new clients, coordinating schedules, supporting my team, and making sure every pet receives the same love and attention I'd want for my own.

I have a soft spot for big dogs, an absolute obsession with cats and all of their wonderfully quirky personalities, and a genuine respect for every animal's unique personality. I truly believe animals can feel our energy, so I always strive to bring a calm, happy, and reassuring presence into their home. My favorite part of this job is earning a pet's trust and becoming someone they're excited to see.

When I'm not hanging out with furry friends, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, kayaking, birdwatching, or relaxing at home with my two cats, Carson and Kiko. Jen has been teaching 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts for the past 20 years and loves building connections with both people and animals. She shares her home with her orange cat, Tommy, and three Labrador Retrievers, Cole, Baxter, and Bella, one of each color!

When she's not teaching or caring for pets, Jen enjoys reading, getting crafty, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and their 12-year-old son. She's also a huge Disney fan and has visited Disney World 35 times, making her a proud Disney adult! Jen is excited to care for your pets and treat them like they're part of her own family!

Colleen has a gentle, calm presence and a natural love for animals that shines through in every visit. As the proud owner of two beloved cats, she understands that every pet has their own unique personality and believes in giving them the patience, kindness, and attention they deserve.

Whether she's caring for playful pets who want lots of interaction or shy companions who need a quieter approach, Colleen is dedicated to helping every animal feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. Her reliability, thoughtful nature, and genuine compassion make her someone pet parents can feel confident trusting with their furry family members. She treats every pet as if they were her own and always strives to provide dependable, loving care!

Christie has loved animals for as long as she can remember. Growing up in a home filled with pets of all kinds, including dogs, cats, rabbits, frogs, and lizards, she gained hands-on experience caring for animals from an early age. Over the years, she also became the go-to pet sitter for friends and neighbors, always enjoying the opportunity to spend time with their pets.

A recent graduate of Arizona State University, Christie earned a degree in Communications with a minor in Design Studies. She has a creative spirit and enjoys visual design, crafting, singing, and performing in community theater. Her attention to detail, reliability, and genuine love for animals help her create a positive experience for both pets and their owners!

Emily is an animal lover who enjoys spending time outdoors and making sure pets feel happy, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. She has always loved working with animals and understands how important it is to treat every pet with the same patience, attention, and affection she'd want for her own.

When she's not caring for pets, you'll usually find Emily rock climbing, browsing thrift stores for hidden gems, or relaxing with a good book in her hammock. She loves staying active and spending time outside, so she's always happy to take dogs on walks, hikes, or fun playtime adventures. Whether your pet loves to explore or prefers quiet companionship, Emily will make sure they receive personalized care, plenty of attention, and lots of love!
